ZHANG Mengmeng was born in 1990. He is a Ph.D. candidate of Science and Technology at Information Systems Engineering Laboratory of National University of Defense Technology (NUDT) in China. He received his B.E. and M.S. degrees in management science and engineering from NUDT in 2012 and 2015, respectively. In 2016-2018, he was a visiting scholar with the Department of Design & Innovation at the Case Western Reserve University in the United States.
